The shapes that shape us

Why do we do what we do?
Why do we think what we think?
Is there some deeper meaning to it all,
or are these simply patterns repeating themselves
and we do and think these things because that is what we do and think?

Why do we ask why?
How does this work, this feedback loop that allows awareness to be aware of awareness?

And if my body is constantly changing,
and the me I see is not the same me that I saw the day before
What is the pattern that keeps it all together..
Like the form of a whirlpool or the shape of a tree or a river.

Is it some mysterious morphic resonance?
or is it the future, pulling the present into shape
and does this pattern continue once this body has gone?

Perhaps we already know the answers
But haven't yet invented the words..

We do what we do because we believe we are in a body and thus disconnected from awareness.
We ask why, because we want to be part of awareness. We want peace.

The you you saw yesterday doesnt exist. You exist only now.

We do know the answers; we need only choose to experience them.

What you seek is already here.

To experience truth we need to let go of all preconceptions of reality.

Its like an illusion, a magic trick. We see what we want to see.

Did the coin really vanish? or was there no coin at all to begin with?

thus:
"Do not try to bend the spoon; that's impossible. Instead only try to realize the truth: There is no spoon."

Translates as: Do not try and change reality. Instead only realize the truth; Its all an illusion.
